While we hope you enjoy your stay on the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches" we must enforce the rules, regulations and policies listed below. Please relax, enjoy yourselves, and treat our property as your home away from home.


1. NO SMOKING is allowed in the unit. If you must smoke, please light up outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

2. NO PETS ALLOWED. No dog, cat, bird, fish or other domestic pet or animal of any kind may be kept on, in, or about the unit.

3. AGE REQUIREMENTS. Renter(s) must be adults only, AGE 25 OR OLDER (this is a Homeowners and Condominium Association Rule and By-Law) and is strictly enforced. We do not rent to singles under 25. The person(s) registering must be an occupant of the unit for the entire length of stay.

4. FALSIFIED RESERVATION. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of initial rental deposit, damage deposit and/or balance of rental payment. Guest(s) WILL NOT be permitted to check in and/or WILL BE evicted upon notification.

5. RESPONSIBLE PARTY. The person(s) registering for the unit is responsible for all damages or missing items in the unit and for all damages to the property caused by anyone in the unit. If you are evicted from the property which you are renting for failure to abide by the rules of the Homeowners and Condominium Association Rules and By-Laws, or for any other reason, (i) you WILL NOT be entitled to a refund of the rents and damage deposit paid in advance and (ii) you will be responsible for damages to the property and/or condominium property caused by you or your guests.

6. PARKING PASSES ARE REQUIRED. Two (2) parking spaces are provided for our unit and are located on the north end of the building. NO PARKING is allowed for watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes, busses or oversized vehicles. Parking passes are required to be visible at all times. Autos without parking passes are subject to being towed.

7. UTILITIES: No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable or telephone service.

8. OCCUPANCY RESTRICTIONS. The maximum occupancy of our unit is FOUR (4) people (this is a Homeowners and Condominium Association Rule and By-Law). The unit is strictly monitored for violations to this restriction. Anyone violating the occupancy restriction WILL NOT be permitted to check in and/or WILL BE evicted upon notification. If you are are not allowed to check in and/or evicted from the property from which you are renting for failure to abide by the Homeowners and Condominium Association Rules and By-Laws, or for any other reason, you WILL NOT be entitled to a refund of the rents and damage deposit paid in advance.

9. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included. Please bring extra towels for your beach use since we do not allow linens, bath towels, or other furnishings to be taken out of the unit.

10. TELEPHONE USAGE. Long distance calls are toll restricted. Long distance calls must be placed with a calling card, placed collect, or charged to your home phone.

11. GARBAGE. All garbage must be sealed in bags and placed in trash containers nearest your unit.

12. No towels, clothing, rugs, linens or other objects will be hung outside the unit.

13. No climbing on, no sitting on, or leaning over balconies.

14. The use of charcoal grills and hibachis is prohibited throughout the resort property for any rental unit. Gas grills are prohibited above the ground floor.

15. Walkways and stairways are fire exit lanes. No articles shall be left in these areas at any time.

16. Remember your neighbors; don’t be excessively loud.

17. Renter(s) shall not violate any city ordinance or state law in, on, or about the premises.
