2003 Rental Policies and Rates
We did extensive research of other rental properties in order to provide the best rates available. We personally manage our condo, therefore eliminating the middle-man (i.e. rental agencies), which allows us to keep our rates low and affordable.
Weekly rentals are based on a Saturday to Saturday stay during the high seasons.
Three to four night stays in the low seasons are welcomed.
These rates could vary, so it is always a good idea to confirm the rates when making reservations. There are no extra charges, since our rates include cleaning fees and taxes.

Reservation Deposit
A deposit in the amount of 100.00 is required when reserving our condo. We will hold a temporary reservation for ten (10) days from our mailing of the vacation rental agreement. If the signed vacation rental agreement and both (reservation and damage) deposits are not received back from guest/renter during this time, the reservation becomes null and void. |

Damage Deposit
A separate damage deposit in the amount of 300.00 is required when reserving our condo and is refundable if (i) there is no damage to the unit or its contents beyond normal wear and tear;(ii) All debris, garbage, rubbish and discards (i.e. garbage) have been placed in the proper outdoor containers; (iii) dirty/soiled dishes have been placed in the dishwasher and cleaned; (iv) no items were missing from the unit upon inspection; (v) no pets have been in the unit or on the premises; (vi) there has been no smoking in the unit; (vii) the number of guests did not exceed the maximum capacity of the unit; (viii) check-out occured no later than 11:00 a.m. CST; and (ix) all keys have been mailed back and received by the owners. |

NOTE: If expenses are incurred to repair damage, replace missing items, pay for extra cleaning or any other violations of the Vacation Rental Agreement as a result of your stay, we reserve the right to apply the damage deposit to offset these expenses. |
